T-Power SmartCharge App – User Guide

Allows you to seamlessly oversee and control your fleet's charging stations from the homepage. It serves as your central hub, offering a quick overview of your charging infrastructure and enabling effortless management of multiple stations. With just a few taps, you can monitor station statuses, start or stop charging sessions across multiple stations simultaneously, and fine-tune power settings via Bluetooth connectivity for optimized charging experiences.

Create an Account or Log In

Create an account or log in to start using the app.

If this is your first time opening the app, follow the on-screen steps to sign up.

If you forget your password, follow the on-screen instructions to reset it.

Add new charge point

  • Tap “Add a new charge point” on the home page
  • Enter the SN ID and location
  • Tap Confirm

Each charger has a unique SN number (see label on the device).

Start / Stop Charging

Batch Start / Stop Charging

  • The home page displays all chargers linked to your account along with their current status.
  • When the status is “Preparing”, the connector is plugged in and charging can be started from the app.
  • Select the chargers you want to control, then tap Start/Stop to begin or end charging for all selected units.

Charging Details Page

  • Tap a charger on the home page to enter the Charging Details page.
  • Enable Current & Power Adjust to modify the charging parameters.
  • Tap Start Charging to begin the charging session (a short delay may occur before charging starts).
  • During charging, the page displays real-time voltage, power, and charging duration.
  • You can adjust the Current & Power settings during the charging session as needed.
  • To stop charging, tap Stop Charging.
  • If the session was started using an RFID card, tap the same card again to stop charging.
