CCS2 GBT Converter App User Guide

To get started, power on your CCS2–GBT converter and make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device. Open the CCS2–GBT Converter App, then select your device to connect. Once paired, you can download and install the latest firmware updates directly from the cloud. The app also lets you monitor live performance data and manage system logs, making it easy to handle troubleshooting and maintenance tasks. With its simple setup and intuitive controls, the app provides a fast and seamless way to manage your converter anytime, anywhere.

Registration / Login

  • Create an account or log in to start using the app. The app supports registration using your email address.
  • If this is your first time opening the app, please follow the on-screen instructions to register and sign in.
  • If you forget your password, follow the on-screen instructions to reset it.

Add Device

The app supports three ways to add a device: Automatic Scanning, Scan QR Code, and Manual Selection. You may choose any method based on your preference.

Remove Device

On the My Devices page, tap “Remove Device” on the device you want to remove. The device will then be deleted from the list.

Device Status

  • After connection, the app displays real-time charging status information, including SOC, current, voltage, and charging power.
  • To access Device Maintenance, charging must be stopped. This function is not available while charging is in progress.

Device Maintenance

  • After charging stops, you may enter Device Maintenance.
  • For troubleshooting and diagnosis, please use Send Log to Support to upload device logs to the service team.
  • Sending the log is usually completed within 2 minutes. If sending fails or the page does not change after this time, please power cycle the device (turn it off and on again), restart the app, and then try sending the log again.

Firmware Download & Upgrade

Firmware upgrade is used to resolve device issues identified through log analysis.
