How to charge your vehicle Using the T-power Public Charging Platform

The T-power Public Charging Platform allows you to easily locate public charging stations available on the T-Power platform, start and manage charging sessions, and view charging details through the T-power App.

Sign Up / Log In

Create an account or log in to start using the app.

If this is your first time opening the app, follow the on-screen steps to sign up and add a payment method.

If you forget your password, follow the on-screen instructions to reset it.

Find a Charging Station

The Map page shows nearby charging stations with real-time availability.

Tap a pin on the map to view station details, including plug type, pricing, and distance.You can also navigate to the station directly from this page.

Tap “More” to view detailed information for each charger at the site, including charging speed, plug type, and pricing.

Start Charging

Option 1: Scan QR Code

Scan the QR code on the charger.
Plug in the connector.
Tap Start Charging in the app.

Option 2: App Unlock

Select the charger or connector in the app.

Tap Unlock.

Plug in the connector.

Tap Start Charging in the app to begin charging.

Charging Status

During charging, the app displays:

Charging duration

Energy delivered (kWh)

Charging cost

For DC chargers, the battery charging level (SOC) may also be shown.

Stop Charging

Tap Stop Charging in the app.

Wait until the connector is unlocked.

Unplug the connector and return it to the holder.

Payment & Invoice

Charging fees are automatically deducted from your default payment method.
After each charging session is completed, an invoice is automatically sent to your registered email address.
You can view all charging sessions in My Orders.
Tap “Email Invoice” to resend the invoice for any past charging session.
